Special Anti-corrosion and coating HW—3000coating（HAILIN system）
Using scope of coating
1. Carbon-steel water cooler, heat-exchanger, air cooler, re-boiler tube and other non-style heat exchanger.
2.Cooler, heat-exchanger, air cooler and re-boiler with working temperature within 300℃ .
Suitable coating material
1.Fresh water, salt water, ocean water, industrial cycling water, distilled water and vapor.
2.Coating can be anti-vapor sweeping if there is medium with acid-resistance, alkali-resistance, salt-resistance, hydrogen sulfide-resistance and sewage.
3.Gasolin, diesel oil, solvent oil, crude oil ,engine oil, vaccum pump oil and other oil-water high temperature exchanger.
Technical property of coating
1.Coating ingredients:HW—3000anti-corrosion paiting is mainly composed with transfomed organic silicon resins, aids ,thermal conductivity filler and solvent, the color can choose from middle-yellow, dark-green, chrome green and black.
2.Performance of coating: coating can be solidified by heating or normal temperature according to the constructing conditions. The coating should be clean, hard and flexible, good thermal conductivity, stable physical mechanic performance and chemical performance
3.Performance of Anti-corrosion HW—3000painting is acid resistant, alkali resistant, water resistant , high temperature resistant , anti-corrosion, anti-collision and anti-dirt.

1.Good thermal conductivity, good effect of anti-dirt. Measuring 150±30μm，thermal resistance is only1.85×10-4㎡ .h.℃ .kcal, because the tube can no longer produce rust with high thermal resistance, the efficiency of heat exchange improves greatly.
2.Heat-resistance performance：HW—3000 belongsto high temperature-resistant coating, the heat-resistant performance can use for long time within 300℃。
3.Inspection index of coating quality
A.Inspection of appearance : the appearance is clean, no foreign matters, no bubbles ,no flow falling, color is consistent with sense.
B.Coating thickness：two classes according to the standard of SH/T3540. Normal coating dry film thickness 150±30μm（suitable for normal equipment）。Reinforcing coating dry film thickness 250~300μm（suitable for chemical equipments with serious corrosion and dirt）
C.Side leakage of coating：re-apply if there is leakage point measuring by electric spark tester
D.Film inspection：avoiding mechanical collision or flexible abrasion in the process of transportation and removal before use. Our company can be entrusted to repair in the field if any mechanical destructive of coating
