Special Anti-corrosion and coating HL—9058coating （HAILIN system）
Using scope of coating
1. Carbon-steel heat exchanger , carbon-steel water cooler, tube of re-boiler, air cooler or any other non-style heat-exchanger.
2.Working temperature is within 150℃，long-time working temperature is around 120℃.

Suitable coating material
1.Freshwater,salt water, half-salt water, ocean water and industrial recycling water.
2.Acid medium and slightly alkaline medium.
3.Gasoline, diesel oil,solvent oil ,liquid hydrogen and benzene.
Technical property of coating
1.Coating ingredients : HL—9058anti-corrosion coating primer paint （Ⅰ）,top paint（Ⅱ）and solvent, the main composition of the coating is epoxy resin, silicon resin.
2.Coating solidification: resin may be solidified to membrane in the high temperature after coating. The coating is hard, flexible 40and clean, with good physical mechanical performance and chemical stable performance.
3.Anti-corrosion performance:：HL—9058coating is anti-acid, anti-weak alkali, water-resistance, salt-resistance, high-temperature resistance, anti-corrosion,anti-impact and anti-dirt.

Not:1.Good thermal conductivity, good effect of anti-dirt, when measuring 150±30μm, the resistance is only 1.85×10-4㎡ .h.℃ .kcal, the heat-exchange efficiency will greatly improved when there is no high-resistant rust in the tube.
2.performance of heat-resistance :HL—9058 belongs to high-temperature resistant coating, the heat-resistant performance can use for a long time in the temperature around 100℃ ,sweeping temperature can not be above 150℃ /h.
3.Inspection index of coating quality.
A.Appearance inspection: clean in the surface, no foreign matters, no bubble, no fall, color and sense evaluation should be unanimous.
B.Thickness of coating: dry film thickness is150±30μm, follow the standard of SH/T3540.
C.Side-leakage of coating: testing by electrical spark, painting if there is leak point in the painting film.
D.Monitoring of painting film: mechanical collision or flexible friction should be avoided in the process of storage and transportation and disassembling repair before using and installation.
